Subject: Request for Traffic Management and Civic Amenities Improvement in our Locality
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address some pressing concerns that have been causing inconvenience and safety hazards in our locality. Our community is home to a mosque, and while we appreciate its significance, the traffic and parking situation around it have become a cause for concern.
Firstly, the road leading from Place Name to the highway has become heavily congested due to the influx of vehicles, especially during peak prayer times at the mosque/mandir Name. To alleviate this issue, we kindly request the installation of a sturdy high divider along this stretch. The divider would not only aid in managing traffic flow but also ensure the safety of both pedestrians and drivers.
Furthermore, we have noticed a significant number of rickshaws parked along the roads, particularly near the mosque/mandir Name area. While we understand the need for parking spaces, it is essential that the rickshaw owners/Other Issue are encouraged to clear the parked vehicles by 8 AM/Timing each day to avoid congestion and obstruction The Rickshaw/other issue Should be only for Place Name resident only .
Another crucial aspect that requires immediate attention is the lack of speed breakers/other Issue near the mosque vicinity. The presence of speed breakers would not only help control the speed of vehicles passing through the area but also ensure the safety of pedestrians, especially during busy times around the mosque/mandir.
In addition to traffic management, we urge the Traffic Department to consider providing a designated garbage disposal/other issue space in our locality. The absence of such a facility has led to improper waste disposal, leading to a detrimental impact on the environment and hygiene of the area.
Lastly, we wish to bring to your attention the issue of sewage water stagnating in various spots on our roads. This poses health hazards and also damages the road infrastructure. Therefore, we request appropriate measures to be taken to address and resolve the sewage water problem promptly.
As residents of this locality, we are more than willing to collaborate with the Traffic Department to find suitable solutions for these issues. We believe that by working together, we can create a safer, cleaner, and more organized environment for all members of our community.
We sincerely hope that the Traffic Department will give due consideration to our concerns and take the necessary steps to implement the requested improvements.
